Whether you started a renovation yourself or hired the wrong contractor $h!t happens and we're here to fix it. At Punchlist Project Management we will take over a project at any stage and get it back on track. We will review the work that has been completed, confirm it meets standards and then forecast a plan for the remainder of the project and make all necessary arrangements.
Third Party Consulting
If you've hired a General contractor or are doing it yourself but want a second unbiased professional opinion. Our team specializes in effective project planning and coordination, ensuring that every aspect of your construction project is meticulously managed and executed to perfection.
